Our Story
Maegan And Sarah Met One Cold Winter Night On The Streets Of The Upper West Side In Manhattan In 2015. They Were Both Bundling Their Babies, Five Months Old At The Time, Mere Steps From Each Other. Juliette And Ella, Sarah And Maegan Became Fast Friends And Then Business Partners By Doing What They Love - Sarah As A Musician And Maegan As A Dancer. The First Class Was In Sarah's Back Yard With Four Children, Which Moved To Central Park A Few Months Later. When The Weather Grew Cold They Located Studio Space And The Rest Is History!

What’s Included
J&E offers a 45 minute personalized music and movement birthday set! If people feel comfortable we can bring props for the kiddos to use (maracas, bells, lollipop drums, hoops, scarves, etc...) we will also have bubbles, a parachute and puppets that we use during class. We can also incorporate any special theme or music (favorite songs) into our playlist.
We also have the option of our teachers coming and doing their sets in costume! Here are all the costume choices we have:
Belle
Haven't we always adored Belle? We will be dressed as princess Belle for an exclusive sing and dance performance for your kid's birthday party.
Elsa
Everyone's favorite, our very own Elsa character, is kind of our favorite. J&E would be originally dressed as Elsa to appear for outstanding performance.

Have you been dreaming of a day where your child will be the star of their party? We have just what they need! Introducing Princess Ariel costume - the perfect addition for any girls' birthday celebration.
Dinosaurs
Whoa! We bet you didn't see that coming! J&E will rock the party! Dinosaurs theme is a great way to learn and have fun at the same time.
Jasmine
We love Jasmine as much as you do. Therefore, when J&E would appear dressed as Jasmine for jazzy music & movement set up, your kids will love it!
Moana
We're excited for you and your kid's upcoming event! Coming dressed as Moana for personalized music and movement birthday set would be the highlight of the event.

Is there a maximum number of kids we can invite to our party?No, just let us know ahead of time how many you are expecting so we can bring enough props for everyone!

What if it rains?If it rains and you have to change your event date we will try our best to accommodate. It usually isn't a problem but if you have a rain date in mind it’s helpful to share it with us so we can reserve that spot for you as well.

What if a prop gets lost during that party?It happens and it’s not a problem, not something you should worry about during the event!

Do you ask for a deposit?Yes, we ask for a $75 deposit for all events to hold the day/time. Deposits can be sent via Venmo @julietteandellasplaydate or Zelle/Paypal: babymusicandballet@gmail.com
